Which Internet Browser should I use to access the admin portal?

The Zunos Admin Portal can be accessed via your chosen internet browser:

  • Google Chrome (preferred browser)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge
  • Firefox
  • Safari

For the best user experience, we recommend that you use Google Chrome when administering Zunos.

 

What does Unauthorised access error when logging in mean?

If the user is not an authorized Zunos administrator and is trying to login to the Zunos Admin portal, they will receive this error message.

You may also be getting the above error if you are using the incorrect link to access the HTML / desktop version of the app. If this might be the case try logging in via this link
app.zunos.com

If not, contact your system administrator to request admin access to your Zunos account.

How do I reset my password?

Enter your username (usually your email address) and Click the Forgotten Password? on the login screen. Your login details will be sent to you via email.

My users haven't received the welcome email. What do I do?

It is not uncommon for users to state that they haven't received their welcome email. This could be due to a number of different reasons. Send the user another welcome email from the admin portal and ask them to check their inbox. If it's not there, they need to check their spam. If the email is in their SPAM folder, contact your IT admin and request that any system emails from Zunos should be white listed. For any other concerns or questions contact us at support@zunos.com

Not sure how to send a welcome email? Here's how: 

  1. In the User section of the Zunos Admin portal, search for the user by typing the user’s name into the search box.
  2. Check that the email address for the user is correct and make any corrections necessary.
  3. Resend a welcome email.
  4. Advise them once done to check both their inbox and SPAM or junk mail inbox to ensure they have received it.

My users have an expired password link. What do I do?

The password link sent in the welcome or reset password emails expires after 14 days.

In the User section of the Zunos Admin portal, search for the user by typing the user’s name in the search box and send them another reset password email or welcome email. Both have set password links.

How do I reset a users password?

Go to the User section on the Zunos Admin portal, search for the user by typing the user’s name in the search box. Check that the user’s email address and username is correct and make any corrections necessary.

Under the options button, send the user a reset password email. If they are still experiencing difficulty logging in, set their password and test their login.
