Update your folder, file or content settings using the information tool on right hand side of Drive. To access more settings, open the advanced settings box by clicking on the title of the folder, file or item of content you want to update.
To update folder and file settings quickly, select the content item. The Content Details pane will appear on the right-hand side. From this pane you can update:
- Thumbnail Image
- Display Name
- Activate/ Deactivate
- Groups & Teams (folder level only)
- Content Tags
To access the advanced Content settings, click the name of the content file or you can click on the pencil icon next to Content Details. A new window will open and you can make the same setting changes as above but also includes in below content settings:
- Publish and Expiry dates of Content
- Notification Message
- Appear on Engagement Dashboard (folder setting only)
Remember to click Save once editing has been completed.
Note*: By default each content item and folder is worth 1 point. Adding points to a folder will change the default number for this folder and it's contents only. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further enquiries.
